More Information

Last year, the Super Kings won the title by beating Sunrisers Hyderabad. The finale ended on a great show off with a high scoring final thanks to a century by Shane Watson. The  Super Kings will likely try to defend their position as well, especially from the Mumbai Indians (who failed to reach the final stages of last year’s season). Last year, Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders also made it to the last season’s playoffs while Delhi Capitals and Kings XI Punjab never won the champion title.

The auction has already taken place in December and the final teams have been fixed. It is speculated that more people will be coming to watch the matches this year due to the inclusion of the two old teams.
