Product Offerings At Mirraw

Mirraw primarily focuses on offering traditional clothing to its customers. They specialise in sarees and salwar kameez, which are popular ethnic wear options for Indian women. While the kameez is nothing but a Kurti, the salwar is the lower garment. It is interesting to note that the salwar kameez comes in multiple variations, such as  Patiala suit, Anarkali suit, Dhoti salwar, Afghani salwar and churidars.

Saree on the other hand can be draped in numerous styles and is manufactured using different materials across India.  While Kanchipuram comes from South India, Paithani is popular in Maharashtra and Muga Silk is the signature material of Assam.

Mirraw Wallet – Terms and Conditions

Mirraw wallet can be divided into Referral amount and Credit amount. Points collected under the first category i.e. referral amount can’t be passed on to any other Bank account or wallet and it is volatile. The credit amount is non-volatile and a customer can use it completely. While you can use up to 5% of the referral amount per purchase, you can use the Credits amount entirely while placing an order. 

Terms and Conditions of Ready to Ship Products

Every time you purchase a ready-to-ship product, bear in mind to check the estimated date of delivery. This date can vary based on the country to which the item is scheduled to be delivered. You also need to keep an eye on the delivery date, especially if you have added stitching to your products. If you have ordered quite several products, we recommend you place separate orders for Ready-to-ship and Non-Ready-to Ship items. This will cut down the chances of delay in product delivery.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-8 working days after the item reaches the seller’s destination
• In case your order is cancelled before the shipping procedure, refunds will be processed in a short period
• In case the amount gets transferred from your bank account and your order gets cancelled due to some problems, the amount will come to you within 72 hours.
• In case you have made a payment via credit card or debit card, the refund will be processed to the source.
• If you made payments via COD (Cash on delivery), you need to share the details of your bank account, so that Mirraw can transfer the refund amount to your account. These details include your Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch name etc.
• In case you have made the payment via your store credits, the refunded amount will reach you as store credit.
