Take a break every 20 minutes and focus on an object that is at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Keep blinking while looking at a display.

Using software screen time tracking features like Digital Wellbeing and Apple’s Screen Time can help you track or limit your usage patterns.

Turn to the ‘Dark Side’

You can reduce your exposure to blue light. With the white-on-black text, it will be easier to read, ultimately decreasing eye strain and stress.

Adjust Brightness

Too high and too low brightness and contrast are harmful to the eyes. Adjust these in the settings of your device.

Increase Text Size

Increase text size to make reading messages, skimming, scrolling easier on eyes. Small text size causes more strain. Choose Arial in font.
