Snapdeal Changes Its Logo And Tagline
As speculated earlier, Snapdeal today has unveiled its Brand new logo and a new Tagline with a much more youthful look and colour. The New Tagline is "Unbox Zindagi" The new logo is in Vermelho and has given away their blue colour it had earlier.
As per reports from Economic Times, Snapdeal is planning to spend nearly 200 Crores in the coming months for marketing the new logo design. The new logo is designed by a London- based company and is in Red color with more vibrant features.
Snapdeal was contemplating to change the logo for quite some time now and has finally managed to unveil the logo yesterday. This is one of the many changes that Snapdeal has done in the recent time. If you recollect it had earlier shut down its Exclusively Business in order to focus on their Core business and it also had earlier started the next day delivery services in order to deliver goods at a rapid pace.
Given that festive season is around the corner, Snapdeal seems to have managed to make the crucial changes at the right time. This will now give it more time to prepare for the festive season which is the major driving force for the sales.The other rivals including, Flipkart and Amazon also have been working very hard to Rake in the moolah during the festival time.
The last few months have been real tough for all the major e-commerce players including Snapdeal and Flipkart. They have seen a lot of changes in each of the respective organization including the revamping of the management by Flipkart and changing the delivery time etc.
They seem to be having an uphill task ahead with the arrival new players like Paytm backed by Alibaba. And also, since the customer is spoiled for choices and options, they have plenty of things that you can select easily.
With every e-tailer offering massive discounts and faster delivery, the customer will be seeking for something beyond this. It seems to have led the e-tailers to go back to the drawing board to come up with something more unique and enticing to lure the customers to their fold.
